How do I save vocabulary words for later review?

On the video page, you can define a word in the subtitles by performing a long press on it. When the definition appears, simply tap the heart icon to save it. When on the pronunciation challenge page, you can also perform a long press to define a word, followed by tapping the heart icon to save the word.
