Why Did I Fail the Challenge?

Common reasons for failing the "Video Lesson Challenge Day":

After a challenge failure, based on the challenge rules explained in Other Notes, if the cause is attributed to factors other than an anomaly in our course system, or you have an objection to the system but fail to report the anomaly within 1 day (24 hours), we regret that we cannot grant any "leniency on challenge eligibility or compensation plan."

A refund for "challenge success" also cannot be applied for.
