About canceling your VoiceTube membership and deleting your account
Because we will be completely deleting the account information from our database, you will no longer be able to find any
information about this account in the future.
If you agree to the deletion, please send your account deletion application to service@voicetube.com , along with
relevant information about the account you wish to delete.
Reminder: Before applying to delete your account, please confirm whether the account has ever been subscribed to
VoiceTube Pro. If you are a VoiceTube Pro subscriber, please be sure to unsubscribe first. After the account is deleted,
all learning records (including videos watched, vocabulary looked up, and quiz scores) will be removed. If you have also
used this account to purchase Hero/Vclass courses, the course information will also be deleted along with the account.
If you registered your VoiceTube account through a third party (Facebook, Apple ID, or Google), VoiceTube will no longer
access your information from third parties once the account is deleted. We also suggest that you disconnect the third
party's account from your VoiceTube account.
- Stop VoiceTube from accessing your Facebook information
- Stop using your Apple ID for VoiceTube
- Remove VoiceTube access from your Google account
Please note:
Simply stopping the connection to third-party accounts will not delete your VoiceTube account information.
Deleting the VoiceTube app will not delete your VoiceTube account information.
The subject line of your email is as follows:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Please assist in deleting my account. My registered email address is _____. I fully understand that after deleting
my account, all account data will be completely deleted and cannot be recovered.
We will complete the account deletion process within five business days of receiving your request. Please understand
that this is a manual process and there may be delays.
